Order Authorization & Verification
Immediate Authorization: When you submit an order, your payment provider authorizes the full purchase amount immediately to queue your candle holders for warehouse packaging and dispatch.
Address Verification System (AVS): We cross-reference the billing address provided at checkout with the address on file with your card-issuing bank to prevent unauthorized account use.
Failed Payments: If a payment attempt is declined due to incorrect details, insufficient funds, or bank authorization holds, the order will not enter processing. Please check your billing information or contact your card issuer to approve the charge.
Pre-Dispatch Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation Cut-Off: You may cancel an order for an immediate 100% full refund if requested before daily warehouse dispatch at 2:00 PM PDT (Monday – Saturday).
Post-Dispatch Orders: Once an order has entered fulfillment or been handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled mid-transit. You may return the delivered parcel under our standard

Refund Method: All approved refunds are credited strictly back to the original payment method in USD (e.g., Stripe card, PayPal, Affirm, or Afterpay). We do not issue cash payouts or redirect funds to alternate cards or secondary bank accounts.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business days following verification or return inspection. Your financial institution may require an additional 2 to 4 business days to reflect the credit on your official statement.
